Haul | ASOS Printed

ASOS fox dress £28 | tie dye dress £12.50 (sale) | giraffe dress £17.50 (sale)

I think ASOS is amazing in terms of stocking really cool yet basic items and even better are their sales, best of both worlds eh? Here I have three dresses — the first is the infamous fox printed smock, wasn't on sale unfortunately but I couldn't help myself, second is this dark tie dye sleeveless dress and the last one is a black and white printed dress with striped giraffes on it, so cute! Oh and before you tell me off for buying more monochrome, my justification is that I can wear them all year round plus they suit me the best. Always stick with what you know! x

Haul | Black and White Basic

Topshop treggings £15 (sale) | slip ons £10 (sale)
H&M cap £4

Just a few things I got a while back, some you've already seen in a few posts. From one of the Topshop sales I was able to snatch this black and white pair of treggings which I featured on this outfit post as well as the infamous black slip-ons. At H&M I purchased this cap which I have yet to style properly, any ideas? x

What I Wore | Elbow Patches

(jumper and jeans - Primark, slip-ons - Topshop)

This a very simple outfit that kind of sums up what I'd normally wear on a day to day basis especially when I'm just going to lectures at uni or not doing anything particularly exciting. I always find myself going for a jumper as it's the perfect 'quick-chuck-it-on' piece that's comfortable and easy to pair with jeans, leggings and whatnot. Subtle details like the elbow patches on this jumper also helps to make the outfit that slightly more interesting even though it's pretty simple and basic. x

Haul | The Monkis

Monki Lerima top £6 | Katy tee £8 | Reese top £12 | umbrella £5

I think I may have mentioned in the past how much I love Monki, their stuff is so on point and goes so well with my style! Here's an order I made a while back and again, I just purchased a bunch of shirts because they're such good quality and I always know I'm going to like them. Along with that I also got an umbrella which I've used quite a bit and it's the perfect size to put in your handbag for whenever you need it. You have no idea how many times I browse their site and there's so much I want from their current stock! Ugh, sucks because I've pretty much banned myself from spending as I'm in my last year at university which pretty much means I have literally no money. Aha! Oh well. x

What I Wore | Beanie and Parka

(jumper - Monki, leggings - River Island, slip-ons - Topshop, coat and beanie - Primark)

It's so cold outside today, I'm not sure if it's because we've had sun for a few days and I've gotten used to it or the temperature have just dropped. Regardless, a parka is a must and mine was from Primark. Underneath I wore an oversized jumper from Monki, some leggings and my go-to slip-ons from Topshop. Oh and I chucked a beanie on too! x

Haul | Missguided and Ark

Missguided swing dress £9.99 | sheer top £13.99
Ark dress £14.99

I'm so glad it's getting brighter and warmer, it's such a perfect time for these pieces. From Missguided, I bought a black strap dress as well as a floral cropped shirt. I can already see these being my go-to items in the upcoming months. At Ark I got this long sleeved grey dress which would look amazing with bare legs and a pair of black sandals or some chunky boots. x

What I Wore | Pop of Blue

(jumper and rings - Primark, leggings - Missguided, slip-ons - Topshop, jacket - Dorothy Perkins)

So happy the sun's been showing up a lot more recently and what does one do when the sun's out? Wear a bit of colour of course! I don't think it's quite as warm yet to be sporting a full-on spring outfit but nothing a bit of bright blue can't fix. I think it's the perfect transition colour and the jumper's great for this not-so-warm but not-so-cold weather as well! To keep it simple, I wore it with highwaisted leggings and my Topshop slip-ons. x

Footwear | Black Slip-Ons

Topshop slip-ons £10 (sale)

Surely you've seen slip-ons become a trend recently, I got mine from Topshop on sale a couple of months ago and it's become one of my best purchases to date. These are so comfortable and easy to wear, they go with everything! I love that I can just put them on and walk out the door without having to worry about anything. I pretty much wear these 80% of the time so I decided to get another pair from H&M in a snakeskin print. You have no idea how many times I've had to restrain myself from buying a pair in every colour, texture and pattern. Aha! x

Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm

Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm £3.69

Everyone loves a good lip balm and the Burt's Bees Beeswax is one I've used for the last few months particularly over the winter. I love that it comes in a lipstick form which means it's a lot more convenient to use. It's very easy to apply, feels nice on the lips and definitely soothes them. It's also very good for prepping the lips before applying other lip products. Oh and I also like that it's more on the minty side, it's very subtle but it definitely gives that cooling sensation when you use it. I also find this keeps the lips moisturised for a really long time which means you don't have to apply it so often. I'm almost out of this now but I've got a new one in pink grapefruit which I'm hoping will be just as good! x

Haul | Rings and Muted Nails

Internacionale top £9 (sale)
Primark beanie £2 | statement rings £4 | midi rings £1.50
Topshop rings 2.50 each (sale) | midi rings £6.50 | nail polishes £5 each

Yey for another haul and the fact that it's getting brighter and warmer! Here's a haul full of rings and nail polishes but first, I got a grey quilted top from Internacionale as well as a black beanie from Primark. Also from Primark I got two sets of rings — the first set was of silver rings with eagle, claw and leaf designs and the other was a set of golden midi rings. From Topshop I got another set of midi rings then a couple more rings that were both on sale as well as three nail polishes in a very pale blue, grey-purple and muted green. Topshop nails are so good and I really want to buy all the colours they have, definitely stocking up on brighter ones next time! x
